About Hospice
Q: What is Hospice?
A: Hospice is a gift of caring for those you love. It provides dedicated care for the specialized needs patients face as they approach end-of-life. Hospice allows the terminally ill patient to spend their final months, weeks or days in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the ones they love.

Q: What about my doctor? Will I continue to see my primary care physician?
A: Patients have the right to see their own physicians whenever they feel it is necessary. We view the primary care physician as a vital part of the treatment team. It is ultimately up to the patient whether or not they choose to continue seeing their primary care physician while in Hospice care.
